Fernandes, Loretta Mathilda "Pinky" (nee Thompson) - Passed away peacefully at her home, on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 in her 80th year. Pinky will be deeply missed by her devoted husband Carmo "Tony" of 57 years. Loving mother of: Mary Fernandes of Scarborough, Joseph Fernandes (Sylvie) of Hastings and Lloyd Fernandes (Leeanne Hughes-Fernandes) of Markham. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Robert, Alexander, Sydney and Evan. Dear sister of William Thompson (Patricia) of Scarborough, Duncan Thompson (Edith) of Dundas, late Reginald Thompson (Lorraine) of Brampton and David Thompson of Kingston. Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews many other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends and relatives at the Wartman Funeral Home - Kingston Chapel on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 from 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Paul The Apostle Catholic Church, 1111 Taylor Kidd Blvd. Kingston, ON K7M 8G8 on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. Interment St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
