Condolence: I remember Marg fondly, we were best friends growing up, we had alot of fun times and laughs...Lots of people at the dinner table, Mary was such a good cook...Marg and I always got stuck with the dishes...She was as smart as a whip, a fast reader and loved to talk and visit.......She always wanted to be a wife and a mother..Definitely a country girl with hard working values, cared about others, took a real interest in your life...Always smiling and happy...This news comes as a real shock and I am very sad that I hadn't seen Marg in a number of years...I will always remember Marg with that smile...Rest peacefully with your other siblings and Mom and Dad...deepest prayers at this time to the family...Gale Batson (also grew up in Wilton)

Condolence: I remember today the glorious days of our youth and visiting our cousins on the Barnard farm in Wilton. We hung out in the barn, shucked some corn, played ball in the front yard and board games on the kitchen table. We bicycled, chowed down on cheese curds right out of the vat or raided Uncle Floyd's store. We skated on the river in winter , and took a loaded pick-up to Varty Lake for swims in summer. We listened to the adults chatter at night through the stove grate in Wayne's room. We didn't mind the outhouse but preferred the pee pot at night in the winter. Thanks to Margaret and all the Barnards for incredible hospitality they happily gave with love.It was all fun and unforgettable. I am remembering this time and especially Margaret and her laugh, with fondness... today and often.
