Condolences

Condolence From: David Paul
Condolence: It's Christmas time once again, and I came online to leave a message for my mother. Christmas was one of Mom's favourite times of year. She liked making people smile (even pets too!). Growing up, I remember Mom Christmas-shopping for everyone we knew. I will always remember Mom as a kind and generous person who devoted her life to helping others and making people's lives better.
When I think back to all of the children helped by my Mom at the Children's Aid Society, I am proud to be her son.
I love you, Mom. And I miss you.

Condolence: I am so sorry to hear of Chris's passing. She was a beautiful light and so full of positive energy and a passion for the children she served. I was blessed to work with her for many years on the Community Christmas Concert. The world lost another shining light.

Condolence: Neil: I was so sorry to hear of Chris' passing. Although it has been about 30 years since I saw you guys, I have thought of the two of you often and, several years back, unsuccessfully tried to find you when I was passing through Napanee.

I remarried (Joyce Groote) 23 years ago and moved to Vancouver. We are now retired and living in southern Spain.

Memories of baseball games with you, Jim, Greg and other River Road boys are held near and dear to my heart. I can still hear Chris yelling over the spectators telling you to move your butt! She was always so enthusiastic, upbeat and funny.

I am sorry that I am not able to attend the service but my thoughts are with you. If you ever visit Europe, you always have a place to stay on the Costa del Sol!!
