Lucille Marie Bradshaw (nee Adcock) - Passed peacefully in her sleep at the Cobblestone Retirement Residence in Thorold, Ontario on July 5, 2018 at the age of 89. Born in Clarenceville, Quebec to Luella Adcock (nee White) and William Adcock. Loving mother of Leah Catherine Bradshaw (Paul) and Jonathan MacIntyre Bradshaw (Kathy); daughter-in-law Julie Bradshaw (Labrecque). Cherished grandmother and great grandmother of Evan Bradshaw (Breanne), Elliott Bradshaw, Hannah Bradshaw, Emma Planinc, Jacob Planinc, Lucille Burton, Kyle Sloopka, Matthew Sloopka, Samuel Bradshaw, Benjamin Bradshaw; great grandchildren Sawyer Bradshaw and Kennedy Bradshaw. Beloved sister-in-law Elizabeth Griffiths (Bradshaw). Lucille is predeceased by brothers William and Willis; children Geoffrey Hamilton Bradshaw (1985), Julie Marie Sloopka (nee Bradshaw) (2001), William Gower Bradshaw (2009), and husband William MacIntyre Bradshaw (2012). Lucille was a matriarchal force, a witty conversationalist, and a gifted artist. She will deeply be missed. A funeral service will be held at St. Mary Magdalene Anglican Church, Napanee of Friday, August 3, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will take place in Riverside Cemetery, Napanee beside her husband and three of her children. Thanks to the staff at the Cobblestone Gardens Retirement Residence for their excellent care in the past few years.
