Downey; R. Dave - Long time employee of Goodyear. Passed away suddenly at his home in Napanee on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 in his 52nd year. Cherished son of Albert Downey of Nova Scotia and Andree Rehaume of Montreal. Loving spouse to Jennifer Martin. Adored father to Keyona (Michael), Breann (Jessie) and Austin. Grandpa to Lillyann. Dave leaves behind his brother Shawn (Laurie) Downey of Nova Scotia, niece Shawna Downey and great-niece Madeline. He will be missed by his in-laws Sharon Martin and Brian McCaugherty, Melissa (Joe) Leitch and Tricia (Andrew) Fruck. Fondly remembered by his many other nieces and extended family, including all at Goodyear. The family will receive friends at the Wartman Funeral Home - Napanee Chapel on Friday, July 6, 2018 from 6-8 pm. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at 1:30 pm.
