Simms; Carole Elaine - Passed away peacefully at the Kingston Health Sciences Centre on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at the age of 67. She will be deeply missed by her cherished husband Bertram William "Bill" Simms of 46 years. Loving mother of William "Bill" Simms of Kingston and Michael Simms of Tamworth. Cherished grandmother of Daniel Simms. Dear sister of Karen Dash of Burnaby, British Columbia, Sherry Poole (Alan) of Red Deer, Alberta and the late Gary Dash. Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews Connor, Haley, David and Tayna as well as her many other relatives and friends. Carole enjoyed her time working in various banks but ultimately decided to to dedicate her time to building her family with the love of her life. The family will receive friends at the Wartman Funeral Home - Napanee Chapel on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. A Celebration of Carole's Life will be held In the reception centre of the Wartman Funeral Home on Sunday, June 24, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. with words of remembrance to be spoken at 3:00 p.m. Friends desiring may contribute by cheque or credit card to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Diabetes Association.
