GALLAGHER, Pauline – August 1937-May 2018
In the arms of her son, Pauline peacefully passed away on May 31st, 2018 at Providence Care Hospital in Kingston. Predeceased by her beloved husband & best friend, James Gallagher (Nov 2016). Adored Mother to Mike, his wife Claire and cherished Nana to Olivia. Pauline lived for her family and she will be missed so much for her daily chats, kind, nurturing & caring ways. She gave so much to all she knew, never asking for anything in return. We would like to thank the Palliative Team at both KGH & Providence Hospital for their care to help keep her comfortable these past few months, as well as her close friends who helped support her through this difficult time. She was a strong & courageous woman who fought hard. In keeping with Pauline’s wishes cremation and a private family service has taken place. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations by cheque or credit card to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
