Stanton - Green, Shirley Louisa - Passed away peacefully at Kingston Health Sciences Centre with her family by her side on Saturday, March 31, 2018 at the age of 84. Loving wife and soul mate of the late "Jack" John Green. Cherished mother of Cheryl (James) Betts, late David (Sharon) and Suzanne Green. Caring grandmother of Anthony (Katie), James, J.W., Michael, Jesse, Phillip and Evan. Great grandmother to Keira, Matthew, Benjamin and Toby. Fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by siblings Frances Read, Wilbert Bullis, Lawrence Bullis and James Stanton. The family will receive friends at Wartman Funeral Home - Kingston Chapel on Saturday, April 7, 2018 from 1- 2:45 p.m. with Funeral Service to follow in the Chapel at 3 p.m. A reception will follow the service in the Wartman Funeral Home Reception Centre. Final resting place will be at Halladay Cemetery, Elgin. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations by cheque may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Breast Cancer Action Kingston in Shirley's memory.
