Condolences

Condolence From: Judy Dunn
Condolence: Darlene, Lori & Todd - So sorry to hear about George's passing. We spent many hours talking sports over the years that we worked at Bell. The last time I talked to him I was trying to convince him to take up the game of golf, he kept insisting it wasn't his game. I told him once he tried it he would love it and being the competitor that he was would no doubt excel at it. My prayers and thoughts are with you. Take care.

Condolence: On behalf of my wife and I, I would like to extend my deepest and sincerest condolences to Darlene and the children on the recent passing of her husband and our dear friend George. We met George while on assignment in Abha, Saudi Arabia and we have many fond memories of his playfulness and generosity, all the while professing in no uncertain terms the love he had for his wife and children. It's an extremely sad day when we loose a husband/friend but our memories of George will live on and wherever his friends and family gather, great memories will be re-lived and saddest will gradually fade in the bright light that was George, In sadness, Bob & Fran O'Connor

Condolence: Darlene and family. So sorry to hear of Georges' passing. Although we've only been neighbours for a short time it became apparent early on that George had a big heart. He willingly offered his assistance or advice and he was instrumental in introducing us to others within the Loyalist community. He fought this terrible disease with dignity and hope which couldn't always be easy. He will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.

Condolence: Darlene and family, my condolences to all of you during this difficult time. Although I only briefly met George on a few occasions I felt like I knew him even more through Darlene's stories of the wonderful person he was. Through our brief chats I found George to be a genuine person who could definitely make me laugh. Which for me speaks volumes to the kind of person that he was. I will always treasure our discussions regarding the game of golf and I know that one day I will play a game with him. Hold tight to your memories and he will always be with each of you. Hugs to you all. Your friend April
