Condolence: Sandra and I were saddened by Duane's passing. His wisdom and lifelong service made him a valued and respected leader. His gentle, patient demeanour resolved innumerable issues in every aspect of life. He left his mark on so many of the accomplishments in our municipality. He will be missed by his fellow residents who found comfort and encouragement from his counsel.
