Obituary for Lorne Bruce MacKinnon

Lorne Bruce  MacKinnon
MacKinnon, Lorne Bruce - Died suddenly near Picton on Thursday, May 18, 2017 in his 69th year. He leaves behind dear son Malcolm and wife Elaine, brothers Don and Wayne. Eldest son of the late Hector and Rosa. Loving uncle to Breton, Keegan and Ainsley. He was a fine musician who could play any instrument, especially his banjo, guitars and mandolin and enjoyed hours of entertaining at different venues over the years. Lorne was a lover of parrots from an early age. In his later life he finished his degree at Queen's University after serving over 30 years with SLH Transport. He spent winter months in Key Largo on his boat with his Florida friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 21 from 2 - 4 pm and 7 - 9 pm at Wartman Funeral Home - Napanee Chapel with Words of Remembrance to be said at 8:30 pm.
