Switzer; Virginia (nee Allen) Passed away at The John M Parrott Centre, Napanee on Friday, September 22nd, 2017 in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of Laverne for 69 years. Loving mother to Marvin Switzer (Katie) of Newburgh and Janice Switzer (Wayne Wood) of Napanee. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Michael Switzer (Emma) of Amherstview and Jennifer Switzer (Graeme Taylor) of Waterloo. Dear sister of Isobel Scott (Floyd) of Napanee. She will be sadly missed be her nieces, nephews, friends and many other relatives. Virginia was a kind and caring woman who was loved by all who knew her. She had a wonderful sense of humour and loved to share a laugh. Thank you to all of the staff at The John M. Parrott Centre for all of their extra care and kindness that was given to Virginia. The family will receive friends at the Wartman Funeral home "Napanee Chapel" on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday at 11:00 am.
