Peacefully at Friendly Manor Nursing Home, Deseronto on Thursday, March 9, 2017 in his 81st year. Predeceased by his loving wife Gail (nee Wood) of 45 years. Beloved brother-in-law of Rose Wood of Kingston. Cherished father of Dale & Susan, Napanee; Jamie & Deb, St. Thomas; Richard, Chris, Lori & Mike Cota and Mike & Cheryl all of Napanee. Beloved grandfather of 7 and great-grandfather of 2. Ralph will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews and many other relatives. The family will receive friends at the Wartman Funeral Home "Napanee Chapel" on Sunday, March 12, 2017 from 2-4 & 7-9. Funeral Service in the chapel on Monday, March 13, 2017 at 11:00 am.
