Brown; Herbert Edward - Passed away peacefully, at the Hallowell House Nursing Home on Friday, March 9, 2018 in his 79th year. Lovingly remembered by his siblings: Geraldine Wells (late Milford), late George (Pat), Donald (late Linda), Elizabeth Kirkland (late Ron), late Betty Cooper (Duane), late Kay Parks (Bob), Jim (Mary), Barb Szabo (late Bill), Linda Thompson (late Gordon), late Frances Ewing (Eric), Bob (Barb). Fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Wartman Funeral Home - Napanee Chapel on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 from 1-3 p.m. Funeral Service to follow in the Chapel at 3:00 pm. Interment Riverview Cemetery.
