Donations by cheque to Martha’s Table will be gratefully accepted. Jean loved to paint, laugh, dance and to share her love of life with family and friends. She loved spending time with her family at the cottage where boating, waterskiing and hanging out with the neighbour's became treasured life long memories. Jean had an extraordinary artistic talent that was truly a gift to be envied and admired by all who knew her. She especially loved to paint, whether it was simply a piece to hang on her grand child's bedroom wall, to overlay Graham's wood carvings or something to be auctioned off for a local charity, she did it all with flourish and love. She never missed watching her beloved Blue Jays play a game and would inspire us all by wearing her jersey to a cancer treatment or to lunch at the Chateau to recruit more followers to her cause. She lived her life passionately and her strength and faith were unfaltering. Jean’s family would like to gratefully acknowledge the wonderful care provided by the doctors, nurses and staff at St. Mary’s of the Lake Hospital and the Cancer Centre of Southeastern Ontario.
