Condolences

Condolence From: Mark Gillott
Condolence: Alf will be dearly missed by his family, friends and co-workers. Many a shift was spent with Alf and I discussing our beloved Three Lions (and all the shortcomings), Jimmy Buffet and our friendly rivalry between Arsenal and Man United. I missed our chats after he retired and I will miss them even more now. Alf was a great man who did anything for anybody and never asked for anything in return. You are dearly missed by friend.

Condolence From: Jason Godin
Condolence: A terrible loss for family, friends and co-workers at Collins Bay. A real gentleman, a subtle sense of humour and an recent honourary member of the Union of Canadian Correctional officers for his unselfish dedication to his colleagues. Alf will be missed by so many.

Condolence From: Richard Medora
Condolence: My deepest sympathy to Alf's family. Alf was the gold medal embodiment of a true gentleman. We shared a passion for running and of course any encounter with Alf would often migrate to football. His charisma and gentle natured friiendship will be sorely missed. Rest in peace Alf.

Condolence From: Rob Lounsberry
Condolence: I'm so sorry for your family'so loss. Alf was a great guy to work with. Always in a good mood with witty comments and always willing to teach and help other officers. A shift with Alf was always a good shift even on a bad day. He will always be fondly remembered by those that new him.
