Irish; Daphne Hilda (nee Reeve) - Peacefully at the Village Green Nursing Home, Selby on Friday, April 15, 2016 in her 97th year. Born August 29, 1919 in Beckenham, Kent, England. War bride and beloved wife of Harold W. Irish (deceased 1988) and married June 1941 in England. Beloved mother of Geraldine Lockridge (Robert) of Centreville and Terry Irish (Sharlene) of Smiths Falls. Beloved Nan of Colin Lockridge of Centreville and Christopher Lockridge of Alberta. Grandmother of Terrilynne Crozier of Ottawa and John Irish of Smiths Falls. Great Grandmother of Colton Lockridge of Centreville, Ciara Lockridge of Alberta and Cole and Lane Crozier of Ottawa. Fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brother George Reeve, sister Cynthia Smith (Len), her parents George and Hilda Reeve all of England and brothers and sisters in law Russell Irish (Pearl), Harry Irish (Madeline), Gertrude Jeffrey (Fred) and Infant Hazel. The family will receive friends at the Wartman Funeral Home "Napanee Chapel" on Thursday from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Friday, April 22, 2016 at 11 a.m. Interment St. Luke's Cemetery, Camden East.
