After a long courageous fight with heart disease, George passed away with his family by his side on January 2, 2016 at the age of 72. Beloved husband of Barbara (nee Bolger) formerly Burnett. Loving father of Dianne Jeffrey (nee Ogoniek) of Napanee, Ron Ogoniek of Ottawa and Monica Ogoniek of Calgary. Caring stepfather to Shari, Susie and Patti Burnett. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Nathan, Alexandra, Daniel and Jackson. The family will receive friends at the WARTMAN FUNERAL HOME - "Kingston Chapel" on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 from 10-1 p.m. Liturgy of the Word to follow in the Chapel at 1 p.m. As expressions of sympathy donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation will be appreciated by the family.
