Milligan; Albert Clarence - Peacefully at the Lennox and Addington County General Hospital on Monday, August 17, 2015, at age 85. Beloved husband of Mildred (nee Embury) for 65 years and loving father of Carol Hamel (Al) of Camden East and Wayne Milligan (Erin) of Napanee. Cherished grandfather of Christopher (Alana), Alex (Mary-Anne), Mark (Ellen), Jennifer (Shawn), Anna (Aaron), David (Keasha) and Zachary and great grandfather of Aidan, Chloe, Wesley and Abby. Survived by his sisters Helen Brown (late Ray) of Centreville and Elaine Whitty (Nick) of Moscow and brother Adam Milligan (Diane) of Napanee. Predeceased by his sister Rowena Raycraft (Bill) and brother Dan Milligan. Fondly remembered by the Embury family, along with many nieces and nephews and their families. The family will receive friends at the Wartman Funeral Home "Napanee Chapel" on Thursday, August 20, 2015 from 6-9 p.m. A Family Graveside Service will be held at the Newburgh Cemetery.
